Kate joined Crystal Group in 2010 as sales support manager and became program manager in 2012. In 2021, she joined executive leadership as director of program management. Now, Kate is our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing all the program management, system architecture, and marketing teams at Crystal Group.
In her time at Crystal Group, Kate has worked closely with both current customers and new prospects to better understand their goals and connect them with Crystal Group solutions that help meet those goals. By working with key military and industrial customers, Kate has built a deep knowledge of the unique hardware challenges in the field and works closely with Engineering, Operations and Sales team members to capture and help meet technical requirements.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Sciences degree in communication studies from the University of Iowa.
